CodeOnSys, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall NOT be held liable or responsible for any financial losses, damages, loss of profits, lost data, or costs arising directly or indirectly from: (a) the use of or inability to use our trading bots, website, or services; (b) any errors, execution delays, or malfunctions in the automated system; (c) market volatility or unexpected price movements; (d) any third-party service failures (such as cTrader, Spotware, or brokers). You use our services and bots entirely at your own discretion and risk.
3. No Guarantees of Profit or Returns
CodeOnSys makes NO representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the profitability, success, or benefits of using our trading bots. We DO NOT promise, guarantee, or state any specific profit percentage or financial return. Any figures, historical performance metrics, or simulation statistics shown on our landing page or dashboard are solely for illustrative purposes and must not be interpreted as a promise of future earnings.
4. API Configuration & User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for configuring and maintaining your API credentials, cTrader tokens, and broker accounts. CodeOnSys is not responsible for unauthorized access to your trading accounts resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials or API keys. You must monitor your active bots and positions regularly.
5. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services, packages, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may also restrict access to our services if we detect abuse or violations of these Terms.
